I want you to reflect back and think about what worked well for you and to continue doing those things. Sometimes that's more helpful than starting something new because you already have momentum with what you're doing.”

Episode Summary:
Welcome back to Transcend the podcast. Today, I want to talk to you about the new year and new goals. Every year people say, “new year, new me,” right. I almost titled this episode “New Year, New Me, but I decided to call it “New Year, Same Me” because there’s this sense of, and I usually do it too, that whatever I was doing the year before wasn’t working and now is the time to step my game up.
First of all, you don’t have to wait until the new year to step your game up. But of course, it’s an easy calendar switch; the season marks a new beginning, so I get it. But I’m going to challenge you today to think about the same things you want to continue doing in 2022 that worked for you and brought you success in 2021.
Instead of thinking about erasing everything you did or thinking that maybe 2021 wasn’t good enough, I want you to reflect and think about what worked well for you and to continue doing those things. Sometimes that’s more helpful than starting something new because you already have momentum with what you’re doing.
I’m excited to bring you today’s episode and get us all moving together into a new year of abundance and success. Let’s dive in.
